Today, we went to Symbio Animal Park, a private animal reserve that has won many awards for conservation. It is a bit different than a zoo, in that you get up close and personal with most animals. Here is Kait with her favorite --The Koala.
Sam had to have a shot too. We took about 150 photos but here are a few.
We had such a great time. We saw Emus, spider monkeys, peacocks, stone lizards, camels, ostriches, meerkats, alligators, turtles, red pandas.

Just wanted to give you a weather update. We are expecting a big snow storm to come through tonight with about 8 inches. We had an ice storm and freezing rain last Sunday and as a result it seemed like every school was shut on Monday.. With the way it is going there may be another snow day on the way on Monday again..
So while you guys are enjoying the sun, we are getting ready for the big storm.
